Sally Webb is a Titled APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and the Founding Director of Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy, providing physiotherapy services to the Lithgow and Bathurst communities for over 20 years.
With extensive experience across rural health, sports physiotherapy and private practice, Sally is passionate about helping rural and regional people stay active, healthy and positive at every stage of life.
Sally graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2002, receiving the APA Award for Distinction.

Clinical Interests

Sally has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of:
  • Back and neck pain
  • ​Sports injuries
  • Headaches
  • ​Workplace and farming injuries
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Persistent musculoskeletal pain
  • Paediatric and adolescent injuries
She particularly enjoys working with active individuals, junior athletes and children with sporting injuries, helping young people move well, build strength and stay confidently involved in sport.
Sally is known for her thorough assessments, practical approach and focus on long-term outcomes for her patients.
Professional Roles and Experience
In addition to her clinical work, Sally is a board Member on Nepean Blue Mountains PHN - Allied Health Clinical Council and is an Accredited NSW Institute of Sport Physiotherapy Service Provider.
Previously, she has worked as a Physiotherapy Tutor at Charles Sturt University in Orange.
Sally has a strong interest in workplace education, injury prevention and supporting active rural communities through both individual care and group programs.

Local Life and Community
As a local business owner, farmer and mum of three active girls, Sally understands the physical demands placed on people living and working in regional NSW.
Together with her husband, she runs a sheep and cattle property in Tarana. Sally is actively involved in the local community through the Tarana RFS, Polocrosse, Pony Club and School P&C. When she is not in the clinic, she can often be found helping with stock work on horseback alongside the whole Webb crew.

Sally’s Approach to Care
Sally believes the key to great outcomes is truly understanding each person’s goals, lifestyle and challenges. Her approach combines:
  •  Listening to clients needs, goals and undertaking a thorough assessment
  • Hands-on treatment 
  • Individualised exercise programs
  • Clear education and self-management strategies
Her focus is always on helping clients return confidently to school, sport, work and the activities they enjoy most.
