Tablelands Physio is expanding and we aim to continue to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the wider Lithgow Community. We currently have a large sporting and private clientele base and treat patients from all age groups.
Tablelands Physio also services the local aged care facilities, assessing residents mobility needs, developing exercise programs and running falls prevention programs.
We are looking at increasing the services provided, to enable our clinic to provide a wide range of allied health services to better cater for our clients and their rehab requirements. Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy is an Allied Health Practice in Lithgow, just over the Blue Mountains, NSW and home to many adventure sports. We are a multidisciplinary team made up of 4 Physios, an Occupational Therapist, a Physio Assistant and 3 fabulous admin staff.
Tablelands Physio is known for delivering excellent client outcomes in a professional and friendly environment. The practice has been established for over 19 years and we are continuing to expand due to a growing network of clients, referrers, and an excellent community reputation for providing evidence-based treatment. Tablelands Physio recently won the “excellence in small business” award in 2022 and 2023 and a state finalist in 2024.

Currently we have a contract to provide in home assessments for +65yrs and referrals associated with this.
We also have a number of clients looking for OT as part of their NDIS packages.
