Tablelands Physio is expanding and we aim to continue to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the wider Lithgow and Bathurst Communities. We currently have a large sporting and private clientele base and treat patients from all age groups.
Tablelands Physio also services the local aged care facilities, assessing residents mobility needs, developing exercise programs and running falls prevention programs.
We are looking at increasing the services provided, to enable our clinic to provide a wide range of allied health services to better cater for our clients and their rehab requirements. Currently there is a lack of access to these services in Lithgow and the waiting list is long within the public system.

- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Sports injury management and rehabilitation
- Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
- Workplace injury management and return-to-work programs
- NDIS and community-based physiotherapy
- Aged care services
- Occupational health and pre-employment assessments

Tablelands Physio is currently on the lookout for a passionate OT to provide a variety of services.
Currently we have a contract to provide in home assessments for +65yrs and referrals associated with this.
We also have a number of clients looking for OT as part of their NDIS packages.
