Career Opportunities
Tablelands Physio is expanding and we aim to continue to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the wider Lithgow Community. We currently have a large sporting and private clientele base and treat patients from all age groups.
We do treat some workers compensation patients, although this only makes up approximately 20% of our client list. Tablelands Physio also services the local aged care facilities, assessing residents mobility needs, developing exercise programs and running falls prevention programs.
We are looking at increasing the services provided, to enable our clinic to provide a wide range of allied health services to better cater for our clients and their rehab requirements. Currently there is a lack of access to these services in Lithgow and the waiting list is long within the public system.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Tablelands Physio is always on the lookout for physiotherapists with great people skills to join our team. Physio's would be required to work within the practice treating musculoskeletal patients from a wide range of ages and backgrounds, undertaking pool programs and servicing local aged care facilities (which involves assessing and developing care plans for residents, liaising with staff and working in conjunction with physio-aide's and exercise physiologists).
Support and training would be provided to enable the right person to continue to grow and develop as a physio. We also value the skills that every physio from different backgrounds brings, to assist our practice to continue to evolve and provide a high level of care to our clients.

ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS:-
We are also looking at expanding Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physio to include other allied health professionals, either as a contractor or by hiring a room/space within the practice. We value providing a personable and high level of care to our clients, utilising an evidence based treatment approach.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST:-
An opportunity exists for a remedial massage therapist to work within Tablelands Physio. You must have the required qualifications to enable clients to claim from private health funds and to be prepared to work with physios and exercise physiologists in managing patient’s pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
