Chiropractor. B Chiro Sc, M Chiro.
Richard provides a quality, modern approach to the treatment of all kinds of musculoskeletal injuries.
Moving to the Blue Mountains 20 years ago, Richard loves the sense of community here and being surrounded by national park. He completed his chiropractic studies at Macquarie University, a 3-year bachelor degree followed by a 2-year Master’s program, known nationally and internationally for its high-quality training and focus on diagnosis, technique and exercise rehabilitation.
Richard has completed continued professional development in areas of movement pattern training, functional neurology, spinal control, headache and migraine, vertigo and balance disorders, ergonomics and running technique. He has a special interest in healthy movement and posture; by uncovering the biomechanics behind why an injury occurred is fascinating and provides a framework for treating the symptoms as well as correcting the underlying cause of the problem.
Living locally in Blackheath with his two daughters, he loves getting outdoors, rock climbing and running and is dedicated to yoga practice. He believes in taking a pro-active approach to health and see’s chiropractic as more of a lifestyle than a job.
