Pilates is a unique training method that incorporates breathing, flexibility, muscle control and strengthening exercises. Pilates involves a series of movements that engages both the body and the mind providing a refreshing and energising workout. The practise of pilates helps to prevent injuries and improve performance, and is also useful for managing chronic neck and back pain whilst improving core strength and posture.
