Kathleen Quiambao
Physiotherapist
I completed my bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines in 2014 and passed the Philippine local board examination soon after. My career began in a hospital setting where I specialised in managing acute care and outpatient clients with a focus on neurological, post-rehab surgical, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Seeking further professional development, I moved to Australia and obtained a graduate certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation from Flinders University in Adelaide. In addition to my hospital work, I have experience in aged care setting, including overseeing the Wellness Centre program, managing chronic pain cases, and providing activities in dementia care. With nearly 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I am passionate about assisting others in regaining their well-being and mobility. Outside of work, I am an avid matcha and chai tea enthusiast. My hobbies include reading, nurturing my collection of over 10 different plants as a proud plant mom, and participating in pilates workouts. I also have a deep appreciation for musical plays and enjoy attending performances whenever possible. |
