Australian Physical Activity Guidelines
Are you unsure of how much exercise you should be doing each week?
According to the Australian Physical Activity Guidelines, we should all be aiming to complete 150 to 300 minutes of moderate exercise each week. This can be any type of exercise that raises your heart rate, including walking, jogging, pilates .... the options are endless.
